Agency Workers and Working Time - No agreement in Brussels again Once again Member States have failed to reach agreement on the proposed Agency Workers Directive and changes to the Working Time Directive. It is now up to Slovenia – the next EU Presidency in the first half of 2008 - to decide what to do with them. Present indications are they will try to take them both forward.
